Created by 6x CrossFit Games Athlete Marcus Filly, this program is functionally driven and aesthetically motivated. What does that mean? It means FBB is focused on making you look as big and strong as you are, without compromising your overall fitness level.
A 45-minute high-intensity class using light or no weights that will improve your cardiovascular conditioning while strengthening and toning your whole body. Bootcamp involves full-body movements, utilizing many calisthenic and gymnastic drills from standard CrossFit workouts.
Required for anyone who is new to CrossFit, this 3-session, one-on-one course will introduce you to all the fundamental movements used in the sport. You’ll learn them, practice them, and then use them in a workout.
Open Gym is for advanced athletes who want to use our space and equipment outside of class time. Hours vary on a daily basis and are not supervised by a coach. All members must get pre-approval from an owner or coach before signing up for Open Gym.
Many of our coaches offer one-on-one sessions to help you achieve your specific goals, whether they are performance- or physique-driven. Sold as individual classes or discounted packages, these are customized for you.
