I am the General Manager here at Muse. I started CrossFit about 10 years ago. And I'm so happy I did. Before I found CrossFit I did gymnastics as a child through high school and ran outdoor track. Crossfit has brought so much joy into my life and has given me the mental strength to take on anything. Sharing what I found in CrossFit and teaching others is my true passion.
